- Upload harmful code or spam
- Copy large parts of the site for resale
- Pretend you created Tootie’s Backyard content
- Use site material to train, build, or populate another commercial product without permission
- Scrape, download, reproduce, or redistribute site content in bulk without permission
- Use wildlife information to disturb, trap, harm, or illegally collect animals
Children and Family Use
Parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults should supervise children using the site.
Outdoor activities may involve mud, bugs, water, plants, weather, tools, uneven ground, and the occasional bad decision involving a stick. Adults should choose activities that fit a child’s age, skills, weather conditions, and location.

Use the site to watch wildlife, learn about wildlife, and treat wildlife like it belongs in the world more than it belongs in your hands.
Do not chase, capture, feed, harass, relocate, or disturb animals because of something you read here. Follow local, state, and federal wildlife laws. Respect private property, park rules, nests, dens, burrows, wetlands, and places where animals need quiet.
